Services

What we do.

Most jobs touch more than one trade. We run them all under one crew, so the schedule holds and the finishes match.

Basement finishing

Our bread and butter. Framing, insulation, drywall, taping, paint, flooring, trim and doors. One crew takes it from concrete box to a room you actually use.

Kitchen renos

Layout changes, cabinet installs, counters, backsplash and finishes. We handle the demo, the build and the cleanup, and we coordinate the trades so your kitchen isn't out of commission longer than it has to be.

Bathroom renos

Full gut jobs or straight refreshes. Tile, tub and shower surrounds, vanities, fixtures and trim, finished clean and sealed right.

Drywall & taping

Hanging, taping and mudding, including the parts other crews avoid: tight corners, angled stairwells, bulkheads and patchwork that has to disappear. If a wall has a wave in it, we're the call.

Framing

Wood framing for homes and steel stud framing for commercial units. Straight walls, proper blocking, built to code and ready for inspection.

Flooring

Vinyl plank, laminate and hardwood. Subfloor prepped and levelled first, then laid flat and tight with clean transitions.

Painting

Proper prep, primer where it's needed, clean cut lines. Walls, ceilings, doors and trim, inside and out.

Plumbing & electrical

Rough-in and finish work coordinated as part of your reno, from moving a drain in a basement bathroom to pot lights in a finished ceiling. It gets planned into the job, not bolted on after.

Concrete & driveways

Walkways, steps, pads and driveways. We break out the old, form it up and pour new.
